History
JLCS started its operation in 1995 providing customized software solutions to SME. As there are more demands for hardware, application software and network services, JLCS transformed itself into a Systems Integration company. At the same time, we were also a value-added reseller (i.e. we sell products with setups, configurations and trainings) so as to provide maximum customer satisfaction. Since then, we had sold IT products and provide IT solutions to Government Agencies, Statutory Boards, MNC, SME and home users. We offer uncompromising and affordable service experience to all customers. Companies that have maintenance contracts with us are ensured their companies IT needs and requirements are well planned for and taken care of. We strive to create long-term relationships with our clients. It is our belief that only through mutual excellent communications, follow-ups, and exceptional skills, we can foster these relationships for years to come. In addition, our services always provide a prompt turn-around time and innovative solutions to their technical needs. Here, we believe in personally taking care of every client, addressing concerns, and ultimately making sure they have what they want. JLCS is an innovative and forward-looking company. It keeps up with new technologies and trends in order to stay relevant in IT market and to be afloat. Some of my customers that do not catch up with technology were already not in business or in a very bad business situation. JLCS is very into digital transformation for all their existing customers. Digital transformation is the integration of digital technology into all areas of a business resulting in fundamental changes to how businesses operate and how they deliver value to customers. JLCS has evolved to provide website, mobile web, mobile app, cloud, chatbot and applied machine learning services. These are some of the new services that the customers might require in order to be competitive in their trade, to save cost and increase productivity in their businesses. JLCS (SSIC Code : 62021) has since transformed into an Information Technology Consultancy Company.
